"I started my adventure with cycle gear last week, when I went in looking for a pair of gloves (that I saw in the flyer). I couldn't find the gloves, and I didn't have a picture, or a very accurate description, however the helpful sales associates found me gloves that matched my needs- ones that had the heat transfer thing for using your phone with them on.
While I was there, I took a quick glance at the boots, which is where Dylan came in. I found some boots that were on sale, but they didn't have my size. After locating one pair in my size in Sacramento and ordering it, I was informed they would call me when they came in later that week.
I came in on Thursday and tried the boots on, and sadly they were too big. With Dylan's help, I did find a pair of the same boots that are "men's" and they fit!
There was also some sort of super-sale going on, and I have been putting off buying a new helmet for about a year now. After trying and testing, and some advice about fitment, Dylan hooked me up with a helmet too!
I found gloves that did the trick of communicating to my phone, and I even picked up a balaclava at 80% off for the upcoming colder riding days.
Everyone was very helpful, and I did speak to quite a few cycle gear associates as I wandered through the isles filling my personal Christmas list.
I would recommend them highly, and I will be back (after all, I need stocking-stuffers)!"
